About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end integration architecture, leading projects from concept through to production deployment.
  • Define and evangelize API-led connectivity patterns (System, Process, Experience APIs) and microservices frameworks.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub/Runtime Fabric).Establish and govern best practices, standards, and policies for integrations, APIs, and security/compliance.
  • Create technical design documents (including RAML/OAS definitions) and publish artifacts
    to Anypoint Exchange.
  • Lead design walkthroughs, code reviews, and provide technical coaching to development
    teams.
  • Develop and validate MuleSoft applications using mUnit framework within a CI/CD
    toolchain.
  • Actively participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrums,
    retrospectives).
  • Build productive client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive KPIs and value-
    adds for the customer.
  • Create and review critical operational documentation (Run Books, production cutover
    plans).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 14+ years of hands-on experience in integration development, testing, and deployment, with
    significant time as a Senior Mulesoft Developer/Architect.
  • Around 5 years of proven experience specifically delivering MuleSoft integrations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, API
    Designer, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric).
  • Demonstrated experience designing API-led architectures and proficiency in API
    management.
  • Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, RAML/OAS, JSON, and XML.
  • Professional experience as an IT consultant or developer in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall) and application lifecycle
    management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

Highly Desirable (Certifications & Skills):

  • MuleSoft Certifications: MuleSoft Platform Architect (MCA), Integration Architect (MCIA), or MuleSoft Developer (MCD) certification is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with MuleSoft flow development and other integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL/PL/SQL.
  • Experience with interface automated testing, troubleshooting, and Agile team practices (user stories, pair programming).
